This exquisite pie server would make a wonderful addition to your fine silver service. Beautifully crafted in Germany of sterling silver, this piece is a pierced pie server adorned with intricate detailing. The handle of the server is crowned with a rose in bloom with leafy double stems leading to a smaller flower at the end. The base of the server showcases an open cutwork design adorned with petaled flowers and flourishes in bas relief. Etched scrollwork embossed in black leads to a rounded tip that completes the base. Some slight wear on the embossing is typical of previously-loved pieces. The back of the pie server bears a Sterling purity stamp and a Made in Germany stamp. In very good condition, this beautiful pie server will have you looking for reasons to invite friends over for coffee and dessert.  
 
The piece measures 8" in length and weighs 34.2 grams.
