.72ct European Cut Diamond Art Deco Engagement Ring - 18k White Gold Solitaire
A vintage engagement ring is a wonderful way to carry forward the time-honored values of true love and devotion. Fashioned in high purity 18k white gold and showcasing an European cut natural diamond, this ring dates from the Art Deco Era, circa 1920’s-1930’s. A coronet of prongs hold the diamond securely in place in an eight-sided bezel that is ported from the underside to allow light to flow freely through the stone for enhanced brilliance and sparkle. The filigreed trellis around the mounting and the wheat chain detailing adorning the sides of the band reveal the ring’s Art Deco provenance and the meticulous craftsmanship of the designer. Smoothly polished and contoured for comfort, the interior of the shank bears an 18k gold purity stamp. In pristine condition, this exquisite engagement ring will delight your bride-to-be!
