Description
This vintage Kappa Nu badge boasts a kite shaped design adorned with genuine pearls & amethyst. The center of the badge is raised, accented by a field of black enamel. The fraternity's letters KN are featured in yellow gold against the black background. The KN are set below Hebrew letters and above a star. There is some light surface wear the the raised center portion as can be expected with a vintage piece but it is not noticeable as it is worn. The prong set pearls are set on each side of the badge, while the amethyst gemstones are set in each corner point. The back of the badge is engraved AB R.C.S. '57. While not stamped, this piece has been professionally tested for it's 10k gold purity composition.
This badge weighs 4.1 grams. The piece measures 27/32" (21.5mm) long and 15/32" (12.8mm) wide.
